What our visitors said!

Below are some of the comments our campers posted online after visiting us.

This was our first visit. We loved the open field which does not get over crowed. A perfect spot to watch awesome sunsets. The shower toilet facilities were kept very clean. The owners were very nice and very approachable. We shall definitely return again.

Fantastic site with great views, fresh produce available on site. We would definitely go back.

Ablutions clean and functional, always had hot water. Multiple fridge/freezers for use. Meat and eggs for sale. Majority of pitches level. Views are outstanding! Owners very friendly and there if you need them or want a tour. Fires and BBQs allowed. Camping at it's best.

Lovely location with great views of Dartmoor. Quite windy at times as on top of a hill. Good kitchen facilities.

Great little campsite. Gorgeous views, peaceful spot and clean facilities. I don't think you need anything else!

A really enjoyable camping experience! The farm owners and their children were really welcoming. This is a working farm, and the owners are happy to show you around the farm. Chicken feeding every morning, which my children enjoyed. Beautiful views across the valley. Reasoably priced logs.

Fantastic, will be back! Lovely spot, beautiful scenery (even when raining!) Louise was lovely and even checked on us after a bad night of wind and rain. Facilities were clean and well maintained. The owners children made our son's holiday complete. Lovely place, lovely family.

Big site. Facilities are basic but provided everything we needed. Hot showers, 24hr fridge and freezer access, tonnes of space in the field, campfires allowed, logs available, eggs, sausages, burgers and steaks, feeding chickens, collecting eggs, amazing sunsets, starry skies, ten minutes from the A38. Graham and Louise are really helpful and not intrusive - great way to run a campsite.

We loved this campsite, yes it's basic but that's just how we like it. We arrived in the evening and Louise was so kind and helped us out with essentials as we hadn't stopped along the way on our nightmare of a journey! The space was great plenty of room to pitch and the kids to play, yes it's not a level field but there were plenty of flat spaces to pitch. Loved having a proper fire toasting bread and marshmallows, whilst enjoying the sunset over the hills and star gazing! Looking forward to our next visit.
